Your projects
Miniature Studio stores imported model copies, paintings, thumbnails, paint recipes and settings locally on your device. You do not need an account. The app does not automatically upload your projects to a developer-operated service.
Device backups may include app data according to your device settings. Export backups of important projects before removing the app.
Collection and tracking
The app does not include advertising, tracking or a developer-operated analytics service. It does not ask for your name, email address or location to paint. Apple may process purchases and diagnostics under its own policies and your settings.
Importing and sharing
You choose which files to import and where to export or share your work. Cloud storage providers and other destination apps handle information according to their own policies. Download source models before travelling if you want to paint offline.
Information used locally
The app stores preferences, measures time intervals for painting and reads modification dates of its own project files to refresh previews. These uses support the app and are not used to track you.
Deleting your work
You can delete projects from your library. Exported, shared and backed-up copies are separate and must be managed at their destinations. Removing the app can remove its local data.
Support correspondence
If you email support, your email address, message and attachments pass through your email provider and EllisGaming’s Gmail email service. Send only information needed to explain your issue. Contact miniaturestudio4@gmail.com to ask about retention or request deletion of support correspondence.
This website
This website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or embedded third-party media. It does not set cookies or use browser storage. GitHub may process request information, including IP addresses, to operate and secure GitHub Pages. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
Following links to an app store, social network or another website takes you to that provider’s service, which has its own privacy practices.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion or restrict its use, and receive a portable copy. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Contact miniaturestudio4@gmail.com to make a request about information held by EllisGaming. Projects stored only on your device are managed in the app; support cannot remotely retrieve or delete them.
Right to object: where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing on grounds relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your applicable local data protection authority. You do not have to contact support before making a complaint.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the app’s data practices change, including when the Android edition launches. For privacy questions, contact EllisGaming at miniaturestudio4@gmail.com.
